My original professional background was in Nursing and Midwifery. I have a Graduate Diploma in Nursing (Child and Family Health).
In the late 1980’s and early 90’s I undertook training, and later held a staff position, at the Living Water Centre in The Blue Mountains NSW. This program incorporated theoretical study and experiential learning in a range of psychotherapeutic modalities, including- Sandplay Therapy, Groff Breathwork, Meditation Practices, Emotional Processing for children and adults, and Transpersonal Psychodynamics.
I studied Dance Movement Therapy as part of a Graduate Diploma of Visual and Performance Arts at RMIT and subsequently completed a Masters of Social Science (Counselling) at The Australian College of Applied Psychology.
My training as a Jungian Analyst was through the International School of Analytical Psychology (ISAP) in Zurich. www.isapzurich.com
